4/5 Multiage Behavior Code created by the Class of 2010-2011

In the 4/5 Multiage in order to learn, we will:

• be fair

• take care and respect all property including borrowed items.

• be polite wherever you go.

• be patient with everyone including yourself.

• look at speaker and listen.

• follow the rules of all classrooms.

• treat others the way you want to be treated.

• share with others when appropriate.

• leave electronics at home or in your backpack

• walk appropriately in school

• raise hands and wait to be called on.

• follow PMA.

• always be honest.

• do your own work.

• include one another.

• work quietly

• do your best work.

• use time wisely.

• pass completed work in on time.

• encourage others to follow the rules.

• have confidence in yourself and others.

• respect others personal space.

(  = a check placed beside the student's name)

No check = you get 2 pigs

= Warning – get only 1 pig

= receive no pigs

=  Lose 2 pigs, lose 5 pigs & no mat for 24 hours (7 pigs total)

=  Lose recess, lose 10 pigs, and no mat for 24 hours (no buying back time)

=  Lose recess for 2 days, lose 15 pigs, and no mat for 24 hours (no buying back time)

=  Detention, lose recess for 2 days, lose 30 pigs, and no mat for 48 hours (no buying back time)

SEVERE CLAUSE:

• Go to office, lose 2 Fun Fridays, lose recess for 2 days, lose 27 pigs + 10 %, and no mat for 24 hours (no buying back time)
