4/5 Multiage Mini-Science Fair

Partner Contract Agreement

(To be filled out only if doing the project with a partner)

(Your child DOES NOT have to work with a partner on this project.  However, if they choose to work with a partner this form must be completed and returned to school no later than February 27, 2009.)

This contract needs to be signed if two students have hosen to work together. If it is not signed by both students and parents and given to the teacher at east one week prior to the 4/5 Multiage Mini-Science Fair there will be an automatic 10 point penalty given on the final grade of the project.

We, the undersigned, do agree to work to together cooperatively to successfully complete a project and report for submission to the 4/5 Multiage Mini-Science Fair. We will share all work and responsibilities equally. We have our parents; permission to work together as they are aware that we have chosen to work with a partner rather than by ourselves. All work is completed outside of class time.

****The reason for this contract is to inform parents that a project and report is due and that their son/daughter has chosen to work with a partner. We are trying to prevent one student from doing all of the work and both students getting credit. (Form used for the 1995 Glenburn Middle School Curriculum Fair.)
